Our firm’s principal, Chris Meszaros, started his career in his family’s contracting business. Since the origin of the firm, it has grown to feature multiple licensed Mechanical and Electrical Professional Engineers of New York. With growth in recent years, extra focus has been put on the city’s growing demand of energy conservation and helping buildings attain their Local Law 97 goals. We have partnered with the Association of Energy Engineers to become certified in areas such as commissioning, measurement and verification, and capital budgeting.
