• Work as a team with an electrical Professional Engineer
• Surveying power, lighting, and fire alarm systems in multi-residential and commercial spaces in New York City
• Electrical power systems designs
• Short circuit and arc flash studies
• Overcurrent protection coordination studies
• Fire alarm system and control system designs
• Electrical investigations
• Calculations to aid in designs for Electrical systems
• Develop Autocad drawings for NYC DOB plan review of services of 1000 kVA or greater
• Project management and special inspections
• Full-time in office but offer flexible work hours and ability to work from home when necessary.

• Coordinate designs with owners, building staff, and contractors
